Each year, RSP gathers the bold, unapologetic women in its community to come together on International Women’s Day to celebrate its origin and inception as an organization. Simultaneously, the occasion is used to focus on, acknowledge, and highlight the IWD theme of the year and the incredible work that women in our community doing.
