As a Senior Recruiter with Lakeside HR Group, Holly works in a recruiting model that blends agency and corporate experience. She thrives in fast-moving environments where she can dive in quickly, build strong relationships, and make an immediate impact.
Holly leads full-cycle recruiting efforts in multi-state, multi-site environments across a wide range of industries, including engineering, manufacturing, construction, and professional services. She has successfully filled roles in HR, accounting, customer service, marketing, finance, sales, administration, operations, quality, and leadership—from entry-level to executive.
What Holly enjoys most is partnering closely with clients to understand their business and culture, and helping them find the right long-term fit—not just for their team, but for the candidate, too. Beyond recruiting, she has supported onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance. Holly is drawn to project-based work and new challenges.
Her goal is to be a strategic partner to the organizations she supports, while continuing to grow in the HR space.
Holly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Human Resources Management and International Business. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, reading, and traveling.
