She enjoys traveling, having lived in Tanzania and visited countries like England, France, Germany, and Italy. An outdoors enthusiast, JC loves hiking, fishing, gardening, and spending time at her family’s cabin. She taught communication skills at Tumaini University in Tanzania and has returned several times to visit friends. JC lives in the Twin Cities with her husband and two daughters, who are active in singing Disney songs and building pillow forts.
