Michelle Bunde is a highly accountable, strategic HR professional with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in creating and transforming HR departments. For the past 15 years, she has focused her career on consulting—helping organizations navigate complex initiatives like M&A, change management, strategic planning, and succession planning. Michelle is also an expert in performance management, HRIS, budgeting, employee relations, policy analysis and design, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).
Known for her ability to jump in, assess, and deliver solutions that align HR with business goals, Michelle thrives on improving processes and driving growth for the clients she supports.
Michelle grew up in a small town in northern Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Duluth.
