Nick Burns, Recruiting Division Director
Nick brings 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry, leading high-performing teams and transforming recruitment operations across multiple agencies. He has a proven track record of optimizing talent strategies, enhancing client engagement, and leveraging data-driven approaches to drive growth. Beyond his recruitment expertise, Nick is passionate about developing talent, fostering collaboration, and delivering innovative solutions to clients. His leadership will be instrumental in elevating Lakeside Recruiting and ensuring we continue to provide outstanding service to our clients and candidates.
Nick and his wife, Lauren, have three children—Chris (12), Blake (9), and Brooke (6)—along with their, Koda. Living in Shakopee, Nick is actively involved in his community, coaching and cheering on his kids in various sports. In his free time, his family enjoys spending weekends at their cabin on Lower Whitefish in Pequot Lakes, where they love water sports, swimming, fishing, and sunset cruises.
