Nicole Peterlin Schnell

Nicole Peterlin Schnell, Senior HR Consultant

Nicole Peterlin Schnell is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of improving employee engagement, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Avenica, where she oversaw core business operations and led a successful merger with Arch Advisory Group. Her extensive experience includes roles as Vice President of People Operations and HR Director at Avenica, as well as various HR positions at Augsburg University.

Nicole holds an MBA with a Finance concentration from Augsburg University and a B.S. in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She is also a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is currently balancing life with a one-year-old son, Isaac, and a two-year-old rescued cat named Tony. Excitingly, Nicole and her husband, Michael, are expecting their second child in early December! A fun fact about Nicole: she is a second-degree black belt in karate!
