Rebecca Wiken is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive expertise in recruiting. Over her career, she has specialized in identifying and selecting top talent across a variety of industries and levels, including HR, finance, accounting, legal, customer support, operations, sales, clerical, and financial services. Rebecca is a talented matchmaker for dream careers and passionate professionals, excelling in cultivating relationships between HR partners and job seekers. Her proficiency lies in sourcing top-tier talent with a professional and thoughtful approach.

Rebecca began her career in agency restaurant management recruiting, where she spent two years honing her skills before moving to corporate recruiting at Cargill, where she spent nearly a decade. At Cargill, she managed recruiting efforts for a wide range of roles, from university recruiting to senior-level management positions, across both corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. She then brought her expertise to Room & Board, where she focused on recruiting for Retail Sales and Delivery positions for all of their West Coast operations.

Rebecca is passionate about project management, including training and onboarding, policy and procedure documentation, and process streamlining. Her primary passion lies in recruiting for HR, administrative, and customer service roles, but she also enjoys working on roles in sales, salaried manufacturing, and production.
