Terri Pilaczynski, Senior HR Consultant
Terri Pilaczynski is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a strong track record of inspiring highly engaged teams and driving strategic HR initiatives. Her extensive experience includes significant roles at Crest View Senior Communities, Robert Half, Longevity Holdings Inc., Versique Search & Consulting, TripleTree LLC, and Lancet Data Sciences.
Terri holds an MA in Community Psychology and BA degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Information Systems from Metro State University. She brings expertise in Ceridian, Paychex, Paylocity, Paycom, and regulatory portals, along with a passion for supporting startups and companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of work, Terri enjoys renovating fixer-uppers and spending quality time with her family, including her significant other, Rich, and her Chihuahuas, Jaxx and Rico.
