Vana Greischar, Senior HR Consultant

Vana Greischar is a seasoned HR leader with over a decade of experience in strategic human resources, policy governance, compliance, and employee relations. Most recently, she served as Director of People Operations, where she led the company through exponential growth in headcount, services, and geographic expansion across the United States.

Vana specializes in HR shared services, compliance, change management, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Her career includes impactful roles such as Director of Operations, Safety & Business Development, and HR Business Partner, where she developed leadership teams, restructured operations, and introduced high-impact technologies, including BambooHR and SharePoint.

Vana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University, and a degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota. Her expertise spans industries like construction, supply chain, and technology, making her uniquely equipped to bridge the gap between business operations and people strategies.

Outside of work, Vana has a passion for golf, playing over 40 rounds in 2024 and participating in an annual women’s golf tournament with her mom. A true outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys camping with her teardrop camper, fishing (earning the nickname “walleye slayer”), hiking, biking, underwater diving and paddle boarding. In the winter, she seeks out warmer climates, often combining her love for travel with more golf adventures. She also enjoys spending time with family, frequently playing Fortnite with her sisters and their husbands. Additionally, she channels her love for vintage and antique treasures into a side hustle on eBay, sharing her finds with others.
