Lindsay Fenrich, HR Consultant

Lindsay Fenrich is an experienced HR leader and strategic partner with a background spanning HR leadership, employee relations, compensation, compliance, talent management, total rewards, and HR technology. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders at all levels to navigate complex people challenges while building practical, scalable HR programs and processes that support both employees and the business.

Most recently, Lindsay served as Senior Director of People & Culture, where she led the modernization of the organization’s HR infrastructure, including the transition of key systems and vendor partnerships to create a more integrated, efficient, and employee-focused HR function. Her work focused on HR technology, process and compliance improvements, vendor evaluation, and programs designed to better support leaders and employees. Lindsay’s broader experience spans nonprofit, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, food and beverage, and multi-state organizations, where she has developed a practical, business-minded approach to solving complex people and organizational challenges.

Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Executive Management from the University of Mary, a bachelor’s degree in political science from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential through HRCI.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and children, tackling home projects, cheering everyone on in their activities, and fitting in time for travel when calendars align. She is also actively involved in her community, serving as President of her local school district’s Booster Club, where she volunteers her time supporting student activities, athletics, and opportunities that strengthen the connection between the schools and the broader community.
