Carolyn Almelien, HR Consultant
Carolyn is an experienced HR professional with more than 20 years of progressive HR experience. Over the last 14 years, Carolyn has worked in HR Consulting, focusing on helping organizations build, strengthen, and strategically align their HR functions with their business needs. Most of her time over the last decade has been working with start-ups and small businesses where she has been instrumental in building HR departments from the ground up or has strengthened them from within.
Carolyn takes the time to listen and understand the organization and its people so she can thoughtfully determine the best path forward for them. She enjoys building relationships and is dedicated to earning trust with people at every level of the organization so she can effectively provide support when needed most.
When not working, you can find Carolyn with her husband and their six children, attending all their activities and enjoying life together as a family. She loves to garden and run and is an active volunteer within her parish and the children’s schools.
