Amy Toppen is a strategic HR executive who helps fast-growing companies align people, purpose, and performance. With two decades of experience spanning startups, scale-ups, and mission-driven brands, such as SoulCycle and Tend, she’s led transformative work in HR & talent strategy, leadership development, and employee experience design. Amy is known for her high integrity and honesty, building trust quickly and driving practical results – whether advising C-suite leaders, navigating complex organizational change, or crafting & fostering a sustainable, unique culture. She brings equal parts heart and rigor to every engagement, helping organizations unlock their full potential by putting people at the center of the business.
Recently relocated from Chicago, Amy enjoys experiencing all the Twin Cities area & beyond have to offer; in fact, when not working, you’ll find her chasing the perfect lake weekend with her family and four-legged rescue pup, Coco. Amy also serves on the board of Our Fallen Hero Foundation, a non-profit organization in memory of her brother, dedicated to supporting military members, veterans and their families.
