Becky Foy, HR Division Director
Becky Foy is a seasoned leader, with a career spanning over three decades, serving in a variety of retail, operations, and human resources leadership roles. She has a proven track record of driving great customer experiences and financial results, as well as the creation and execution of HR strategies and organizational transformation initiatives. Becky is masterful at making connections and influencing change, but her fun nature creates a true sense of belonging for anyone who crosses her path. Prior to Lakeside HR Group, Becky held leadership positions at Best Buy and Wal*Mart Inc.
Becky is involved in multiple community efforts, she is currently on the board of directors for Hennepin Theatre Trust and Icing Smiles. When she’s not working or volunteering, Becky cherishes spending time with her two adult sons and adding new countries to her worldly travels.
