Kevin Larabee, Senior HR Consultant
Kevin Larabee brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across professional services, financial services, construction, homebuilding, and consumer products. He has held senior HR roles with large organizations including Frito-Lay, The Pillsbury Company, and Centex Homes, and has led the HR function for six mid-size companies, including Westwood Professional Services and CoreLogic joint venture companies.
Kevin’s HR expertise spans business leadership, mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee and labor relations, and change management. He contributes his skills to several nonprofit organizations in the Minneapolis area and has served on two corporate boards.
Kevin holds a master’s degree in human resources and industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College. Kevin is a late entrant to the game of hockey and is trying to make up for lost time by officiating in numerous leagues and actively playing at a rec/beer league level. He tries to golf and to travel as often as possible with his family.
